Professional integration of people with disabilities
Partnership with esat – le chêne
Since February 2023, BECKER France has been actively supporting the professional integration of people with disabilities by working in partnership with ESAT* – Le Chêne, its neighbouring organisation. This organisation, which enables people with disabilities to work while receiving medical, social and educational support in a sheltered environment, takes care of the laundry and ironing of BECKER France workwear.
Our French subsidiary plans to help this structure develop even further by also calling on its services for the maintenance of cloth towels and tea towels that BECKER France intends to set up in the near future.
The structure has a second establishment in the neighbouring street, which is a restaurant that our employees regularly go to during their lunch break!
